How it all started...
On April 15, 1990, Apostle Moore began his first ministry in the basement of his home with just three members. In July 1991, God blessed Apostle Moore and the Greater Refuge Ministries family to relocate to 7929 Old Branch Avenue in Clinton, Maryland.
It was there the Lord gave Apostle Moore the vision of building a new church home. In 2005, God brought the vision to fruition and Great Refuge moved into it's current edifice located at 9510 Piscataway Road in Clinton, Maryland.
